Family-owned. Conveniently located straight off the highway. Very easy to find. While you're waiting. The immediate area has several different varieties of restaurants. Family and franchise owned eateries. customer service is A+. The staff takes the time to explain the work. Staff is bilingual and friendly. Elderly and Military friendly great coffee. The owner took the time to greet and ask how I was feeling. The espresso machine makes a great cup

Took my car in for an oil change before my road trip and was in and out before my lunch break was over. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what else I needed on my car (heard her explaining what needed to be done to 2 other people that came in while I waited also.)

My truck has sat at Sincere auto for two weeks. I keep getting told that it would be ready in a day then two days. Now it’s we are still waiting on a part. But if I had taken it to the shop down the street it would already be fixed without a deposit and the run around about parts not being there. Price has change three times since day one. Mechanic is great but whomever it is that’s running the place isn’t handling business properly.

I had to collect my thoughts to not just write a angry review but a honest one. I feel like this is a fair establishment for simple fixes not for intricate detailed work. My experience was iffy I try to do black business but I’m burnt out. Things I had issues with here includes clarity I never knew what was going on unless I pressed the issue, transparency I don’t feel I was kept in the loop of the process of what’s was going on and deadlines my car needs wasn’t met in a time appreciated fashion. And lastly the attitudes it wasn’t super rude but it wasn’t pleasant either and I was displeased and really didn’t wanna get out of character so I said as little as possible until I got my car back. Not the worst place but definitely not the best.

Went to get an inspection. They stated the tint was too dark.
No problem,fine, left, took off tint. Went to a shop closer to home. These pathetic miserable individuals tried to block me from getting an inspection in the inspection system. Don"t use this company.

Update: Been bringing all our vehicles here for some time now. Staff is friendly, prices are good. Air conditioned waiting area with a water cooler. Service is fast.

I have been bringing my wife and my car here for everything from inspections to tires to breaks over the last three years. As long as LaLa and C are running things I will not give anyone else my service. I almost dont even want to give a good review because I want to keep this hidden gem to my self. I appreciate the authenticity and intentionality they have provided our vehicles, it is a rare thing to have a business that actually cares about their customers safety over dollars.
