My 9yo son has been looking for and wanting a necklace for the last two years. He was absolutely happy with his first visit to a real jewelry store! As a parent I want to thank our sales associate Ms Joy for her patience and kindness to my baby. He left with a 20” necklace purchased with his own savings! My wedding rings needed to be sized larger due to Cancer- Windsor did fabulous job- rings were also polished and look and feel great! Highly recommend. They have people that do repairs and resizing in store! Definitely will use in future.

Purchased a Seiko limited edition a few years back. The watch would lose about 10 minutes a month. That’s time I’ll never get back they say. David at Windsor Jewelers (and all the staff for that matter) made sure my watch was taken care of with the most expeditious manner and care. Great store, great staff, Highly recommended!

Windsor Jewelers is THE example of luxury, not only in its products but also in its excellent customer service. Kevin and Jennifer Seats are two of the most professional sales associates I have encountered. Their knowledge and kindness goes far above and beyond my expectations every time. The jewelry collection is also amazing! There are so many options for ever occasion and with the guidance of Kevin and/or Jennifer, you will always find the perfect gift or piece for your needs. One of my favorite things though, is exceptional quality of their inventory. They offer the best designers and custom options with quality which allows me to wear my jewelry and time pieces every day without worrying. I absolutely will not shop anywhere else and recommend you don't as well!

Finally made it in here to get the watch that has been on my mind! Jen immediately greeted us and stepped right in to helping us! She was incredibly attentive and engaging not only with detail and information however also just conversation during the transaction as well! She was very professional and dressed so as well! I knew what I wanted and she continued to talk through and show me other options as well as I talked about styles I liked! I will be back to buy some others from her for sure, I feel good when I spend money with people I feel good to support! She had answers to all my questions except one and she immediately looked into it so she didn’t provide me false information. I respect that and honesty very much! She explained all features of the watch to me and the workings of it and details of the movement and she set it up prior to me leaving! She also filled out the warranty card as well! I am extremely satisfied to not only have the watch I have wanted but also the service and treatment that we received when in the store! Thank you so much!

Just made another watch purchase from Kevin at Windsor Jewelers in Winston Salem!
I've purchased around 15-20 luxury watches from Kevin and keep doing so because of his knowledge and professionalism but most of all because I know that I can trust that they have my best interests at heart. Whether it's trading in a watch and getting fair market value or pre-paying for a watch that is shipped to me out of state I always feel comfortable with our relationship. I've had only positive experiences with Windsor and I will continue purchasing from them in the future. I highly recommend Windsor if you are looking for a luxury timepiece as their selection is absolutely insane! A watch lovers dream!
