I ordered dessert on Friday last week, the reason I’m only reviewing now is I’m still waiting on a response from the shop! Costco cake tasted like burgers - no joke! Absolutely disgusting, both my kids took 1 bite of theirs each and spat straight out - completely waste of money and to not even respond to the complain is shocking! Safe to say I won’t be ordering from this shambles of a place again.

One of the finest desert places in outskirts of Glasgow. I ordered the mixed fruit sundae & a cheese cake the other day, they were very delicious and delivered in 30 mins. Will definitely recommend this place for ice cream and cakes.

Horrendous presentation, over an hour delivery time always is, but tasted outstanding, fix these major issues and will have a great wee dessert shop ?, shall try again in future hopefully these will be addressed and can reward 5* ?
2024 Update:
Still well over an hour for a cookie dough, still a terrible presentation with zero effort put in, this malteser cookie dough was meant to have crushed malteser pieces over them not just a few whole maltesers launched on and not just sauce layered everywhere, zero effort so 1 star now won't be using again ?

I tried both the dessert and the peri takeaway menu. Both are delicious. It’s so hard to choose between the spicy fillet burger and pulled chicken burger as both are amazing. From the dessert menu I get the strawberry cookie dough as well as frozen fanta slushies. The family loves them. All in all 10/10 all round for food and service.

I ordered a dessert last night and the churros were soggy I couldn’t even eat them and the cheese cake was completely frozen. Contacted the shop to make them aware and the customer service was shocking. Told me to get in touch with scoffible as that’s who I ordered though so I did. They then replied staying they contracted sweets and treats and they are unwilling to offer reimbursement.

Called back the shop who were really cheeky , they would not listen to me and my complaint and told me numerous times they will not refund and hung up on me after telling them this is bad customer service and I will be telling people not to go to their shop due to this

I ordered the single platter Barbecue Since I don't like spicey stuff And for some reason It had tons of spice even though I didn't click any of the Spicy options And the curly fries were basically cardboard At least the ice cream Because that was the only thing that I could physically eat Unfortunately, this will be my first and last order from this place & I don't like leaving bad reviews
