Gary Chappell was the perfect driving instructor. Within 22 lessons he took me from not even confident to turn round corners to passing my test first time with 2 minors. He showed patience every lesson and knew exactly how much information to share and give me throughout the lesson.
Gary had great knowledge of the test centre routes and shared lots of tips throughout each lesson.
I couldn't recommend any higher.

Thank you Gary!

Ian Porter - Fantastic Instructor and Quick Customer Service.

I originally didn't believe I couldn't drive a manual car, but after Pass N Go assigned me Ian as an instructor I passed with only 2 minors and felt confident behind the wheel. Could not recommend him enough as an instructor! He kept me calm, helped me correct my mistakes whilst also being kind and encouraging. 10/10.

Dave Hutchinson is an outstanding driving instructor. I passed my test today with just 6 minors, after 46 hours of lessons with him. He was patient, always had a great sense of humor, but also knew when to be serious to correct any bad habits. Thanks to Dave, I felt extremely confident going into my test. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Never in my life did I expect that I would pass first time, but Ian helped me smash it. He just teaches you what you need to know, and is very patient, which is the key. He always makes sure your in a good mood when your driving too which helps and knows all the methods to make you feel calm and confident. You know he won't put you forward for your test until he feels your ready either, meaning there is no waste of time, thank you very much Ian for getting me through it, and helping me achieve freedom, I can't believe it!

Passed with Ian Porter
Ian was very helpful and informative when it came to teaching me how to drive. He did well to remove any old bad driving habits that I had before I started learning with him to help me be the best driver for my driving test. He was very helpful with alleviating my anxiety so I could progress in learning how to drive and then passing my driving test.
Could not recommend Ian more and am very grateful for him teaching me.

Unfortunately, PnG are just a franchise who want to take your money as quickly as possible regardless of service levels.
They do NOT have a fair/thorough complaints procedure and if you do complain they simply take the instructors word regardless of what actually happened, effectively ignoring the quality of service given by their franchisees.

Our first instructor cancelled 5 out of 11 lessons at very short notice with ridiculous excuses.
PNG simply did not care about this but they do insist on a minimum of 48 hours should you need to cancel your lesson!

Basically, we were messed around big time by an instructor and as long as PnG received their cut they simply did not care.
Even worse, this instructor did not teach the correct use of the handbrake from an inclined start. Instead, they had my son find the biting point on the clutch then with the handbrake still off, move his right foot from the brake to the accelerator quickly to try and avoid rolling back. This is basic driving instruction! PnG again, did not even respond to this point presumably as they already have my money.

We did receive a new instructor who straight away said this was not correct and should not have been taught in the first place. This new instructor has been great and my son has come on leaps and bounds.

The issue is that as long as PnG are receiving their money they will keep any instructor active regardless of how they actually perform. They dismissed my complaint without a proper formal review and basically told me to complain to DVSA.

I will be doing this but I also need to let anyone researching this company know what PNG are like!

A V O I D !!!

Always nice to see a reponse but it's clearly just for show as you were given every oppertunity to rectify this situation but chose to blindly back your driver with no hint of an investigation.
