Placed an order 4 weeks ago with this company for a memorial stand for my sister. We took our own design to them and the owner was happy to make this for us. He advised it would take about two weeks for it to be made which.was.fine. however after week 3 I contacted him and was told that all parts were made and to be welded together and he would send a pic. By.week 4 I had to contact him again and this time I was told that it was to be powder coated and it would be ready for collection . I asked for a pic to be sent which he agreed and still nothing. In between I sent messages which were ignored. Had to call again today to be told that he would try and fnish it today. I said he advised me previously it was finished and he basically called.me a liar. I told him.to cancel the order as this was ridiculous. Would not recommend especially in a business as so sensitive as memories for loved ones who have passed away

What a disappointment!
My sister ordered a memorial on behalf of the family for my younger sister that had passed away. The owner has given us the run around from the onset. 4 weeks ago the order was placed and at the time we were told 2weeks and it will be ready.
We repeatedly had to chase the owner to be told eventually the memorial required to be powder coated. Well guess what! Today he called my sister a liar and suggested it still needed to be finished never mind powder coating it.

Having a memorial made is stressful enough never mind having to repeatedly chase a company that continuously ignored your WhatsApp messages asking for an update.
This company has caused my family and more so my sister that had to deal with the owner a tremendous amount if unnecessary stress and upset.

The clue was in the word "memorial" there was no empathy used.

Please avoid this company if need anything memorial related. As if not losing a family member, friend ,husband, wife is bad enough. You would be left like us "upset" "offended" ontop of grieving.

This local company designed and constructed motorised metal driveway, and pedestrian gates from start to finish. I can not fault the workmanship. Above and beyond product over what was expected in both durability and aesthetics. Hung perfectly, straight as a die, motors fitted perfectly to suit the opening. Manufactured and installed within the timeframes they gave and a fair price.

Had a custom door sign and name plate made by Steel-N-Time, absolutely delighted with it. Will definitely return with a few other metalwork orders for our garden. Highly recommended.
