Wow! We had the best experience here!! Everything was clean, including the amazing indoor pool!! Our room was clean and very spacious! I love how the kitchen was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Friendly service and lovely people helping you here, too with anything you need!!

Do NOT stay at this hotel! I strongly advise everyone to pick a different place—literally anywhere else would be better. This was the worst experience of my life, and I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels.

We arrived late at 11:30 PM after calling ahead, only to find our room in complete disarray. There were no sheets on the bed, dirty towels were left on the floor, and it was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned. It looked like someone had just stripped the sheets and abandoned it. When we asked for help, the man at the front desk told us to make the bed ourselves and refused to issue a refund. He claimed we’d have to wait until Monday to speak to the manager.

For three whole days, no one brought us fresh towels, toilet paper, or even sheets. The TV didn’t work as well. We called Hilton corporate, who authorized a full refund, but the hotel manager denied it. When we tried to discuss it in person, the manager told us we could wait in the lobby but then called the police to have us removed and trespassed!

To make matters worse, my sister left to grab food, and while she was gone, the hotel kicked out her husband and their 7-year-old child for no reason. This place is a disgrace to the Hilton name. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Stay far away from this establishment—it should honestly be shut down.

It really is a 3 star hotel. The workers were nice. The room had a dirty towel, and one of those used floss pickers on the floor, so I'm not sure what cleaning is being done. I didnt have a don't disturb sign so make sure you lock the door if you don't want the maid waking you up. The room smelled like old motor oil, like really strong. The breakfast was pretty typical if you've ever had a hotel breakfast before. We got the suite with 2 queens, and it was nice to have a little kitchen and refrigerator. Wish the couch was big enough for more than 2 people, though. Google Maps had a hard time getting us to this place for some reason. It's by the mall, but the mall is gigantic, so I don't recommend walking to meow wolf from there.

Was in town for quick two day trip to the Dallas area. Okay Hotel, Room smelled like bong water. The smell dissipated after 24 hours. Breakfast was good. Never did email me a receipt from my stay and found a random $24 charge from them. I would choose elsewhere next time.

This is a very clean, comfortable hotel. The standard wifi was great. I was able to do Teams calls with video presentations with no buffering at all. The pool and spa are clean, well maintained, and the water was a great temperature in the pool!
The breakfast was great! Eggs, potatoes and some type of sausage or other meat with all the fixins to create breakfast burritos. Yogurt with fruit and granola, oatmeal with all the toppings, bagels, toast, cereal with milk, and various parties were also available. Miss Shelly ran the breakfast buffet with expertise and always had a smile on her face. Miss Martina was our housekeeper. She went above and beyond any expectation we may have had and made us feel like we were celebrities.
Finally, the front desk team - Alonzo, Misty, and Luis were our trusted advisors on where to go, what to do, and they made our stay there so special and enjoyable.

This was the absolute worst place I have ever been to. Checked in, there was no sheets, blankets, pillow cases, dirty floor, fridge, and table tops. The room had not been clean, asked for a refund 5 mins after check in. Was told they couldn’t do that without a manager(Friday night) asked for the room to be cleaned multiple times, nobody came. Asked for sheets, came back to the room and they were thrown on a dirty floor for me to do myself.. Monday came around and manager refused a refund even though Hilton headquarters requested a full refund to the manager twice. (Jennifer Lawler) she told me to have a seat in the lobby, then they called the police to have me removed for trespassing. The craziest thing I’ve ever encountered in 32 years. I wouldn’t give them any stars. Their staff is unsanitary and wouldn’t do anything to help.

Two stars because the staff at the front was nice and funny. Otherwise I wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms are so outdated, it wasn’t cleaned properly, there was hair all over the counters and shower. My pillow case was dirty, I asked the front if I could have a new one. They told me not a problem. And then they never brought me the clean pillow case? So I ended up just flipping the pillow over because it was a waste of my time. Really gross. I’ve never been to a hotel where the pillow cases were dirty? Then, the night BEFORE my fiancé put the “do not disturb” sign on the door. We were here for our anniversary and wanted to sleep in Saturday morning. You know who’s banging on our door at 9am, screaming “HOUSEKEEPING!!”. I was beyond annoyed. Can you not read? The only reason we chose this place is because we were going to the ice show at the Gaylord. It said this place was the closest to where we were going, come to find out there’s literally 4 other (nicer looking) hotels in the same parking lot lol. Also, you get charged $12 for parking which nobody mentioned to me. Gross rooms, the staff isn’t attentive, plus hidden fees. Beware of this dingy hotel.
