The Onitsuka Tiger Omotesando Store in Harajuku is an excellent place for sneaker enthusiasts and fashion lovers alike. Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the JR train lines, this store is easy to find and well-positioned in a vibrant shopping district.

The store is impressively large, offering a wide variety of Onitsuka Tiger’s latest models and collections. The layout is clean and inviting, making it easy to browse and find what you’re looking for. I visited to purchase a pair of Mexico 66D sneakers and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience.

I was attended to by a staff member named Kimi, who provided exceptional service. He was very knowledgeable about the products and quickly understood my requirements. Not only did he bring out the size I requested, but he also offered two pairs in slightly larger sizes for me to try, ensuring I got the most comfortable fit. His efficiency and attention to detail made the shopping process seamless and enjoyable.

What stood out to me the most was the speed and professionalism of the service. Despite the store being quite busy, the team handled everything smoothly.

Overall, I highly recommend this store. Whether you’re a long-time fan of Onitsuka Tiger or a first-time buyer, this store will not disappoint. Great selection, great service, and a fantastic shopping experience!

Amazing customer service, great price for the shoes. Specially traveled to japan for onitzuka shoes and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
I got the cream Morocco 66 SD for S$140 in Japan, which wouldve cost S$250 in Singapore.

I went on a Saturday so it was crazy busy but that didn’t stop the staff being so lovely and helpful. Lisa was incredible and helped me find the perfect shoe and perfect size. I’m so grateful for her help even when the store was so crowded.

オニツカタイガーのスニーカーが欲しくて訪れました。
品揃えはもちろん文句なし。
平日の昼間に行ったのですが、インバウンドの方々で店内は大混雑でした。

何種類か試着したくて店員さんに声をかけたら、ビルの2階に案内され、静かに落ち着いてゆっくりと試すことができました。
サイズ違いや違うデザインを何足も試させて頂き、満足の一足をゲットすることができました。

いやー、やっぱりオニツカタイガーのスニーカーはカッコいいなぁ。店員さんも親切丁寧だったし、また行きたいです✨

Very busy shop even late into the evenings. Please believe the negative reviews that the customer service here is bad, or at the very least, ranging in treatment depending on who you get. I had a very brusque lady as my SA, who just seemed eager to get it all over with. To top it all off, the lady working the register was very rude. As I was paying, I had to ask for a rain cover for my purchase, as it was raining pretty heavily outside. The girls before me in line were automatically given this while I had to ask. The worst part was I overheard the cash register lady converse in Japanese to her coworker about how "mendokusai" it was that she had to pull out the rain cover for me . I spoke to her in English the whole time, so she probably assumed I didn't speak Japanese at all and chose to badmouth me (I understand conversational Japanese but I don't have confidence in my speaking skills so I chose to speak in English.) Please learn to respect your customers even if the shop is busy. I'm going to refund my purchase tomorrow and giving my patronage to other stores instead that don't treat their customers like cockroaches.
