Abbiamo fatto il giro guidato di Brovello con Chiara a fine maggio. È stato un tour assolutamente non banale e molto coinvolgente, che ci ha fatto conoscere un inaspettato Brovello in un mix di storia e leggenda, unito dal filo conduttore dell'antico lavoro degli ombrellai. Una vera chicca anche, a fine giro, la degustazione di vini direttamente tra i filari di Traminer.

Abbiamo scoperto questa visita per caso e devo dire che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Due ore tra racconti storici e mitologia in un paesaggio da favola. Il piccolo paese, le colline circostanti, i lavori antichi tutto è semplicemente perfetto, inclusa la guida Chiara persona preparata storicamente, culturalmente e che ama il suo paese. Insomma assolutamente da non perdere!

Davide was gracious & so knowledgeable to take my requests and curate a perfectly wonderful day for my group. His communication throughout in planning, options, and pros and cons to ensure expectations were met, were impeccable. He knows the area and history while being the perfect host. I felt we had known him forever. With any guided tour, time needs to be watched, however Davide did it in a way that was always as a choice of options as the day progressed so we were never rushed as discoveries were made. We would never have been able to have had the experiences off the beaten path that we were able to enjoy if we had tried it on our own. It was truly a magical day with so many memories made of hiking, the stunning sanctuary, lunch at the most enchanting ancient cheese hut, little towns, gelato with a stunning view, wine tasting, and boat ride back. Grazie mille, Davide!

I had a great time learning the history of Desenzano with Davide! He is so knowledgeable and one can tell he is passionate about the area. We enjoyed additional conversation about the town I was lodging in and other places we had in common. He also gave me some great recommendations of other places to check out if I had time or was able to return.
The sunset boat ride with Chiara (with a glass of prosecco in hand!) was a great way to finish the day!

We could not have wished for a better experience with Davide. We have travelled extensively and taken many tours but this one was truly exceptional. We felt like we were walking, talking and exploring with an old friend - a friend who was full of fascinating anecdotes about a wonderful place. Brescia is such a special city, and Davide took time to talk us through her many eras and episodes, making sure that there was also plenty of time for questions and conversations. From the Castello to the Capitoleum and from stunning Churches to beautiful frescoes, Davide took the time to stitch the tapestry of Brescia's diverse history skilfully together and was able to talk knowledgeably about art, history, architecture and the resilience of the Brescian people with humour, authenticity and warmth. We spent three hours together and it passed in a flash. All too soon we were enjoying a traditional Pirla together and swapping travel stories and tips. This tour was worth every penny and we unreservedly recommend it. If you are visiting beautiful Brescia, please do yourself a favour and book Davide for a tour. We will definitely return to Lombardy together and will be sure to havr another day with Davide to enhnace our visit. An easy five stars, thank you so much for a very special experience 🇮🇹🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
