I’ve always wanted to be fitted for a snowboard by the pro's rather than ordering online, and this experience did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I had a ton of questions and the manager, Siggy, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process of demo'ing step-on's and boards.

Siggy took the time to understand my riding style and experience, and he recommended several boards for me to demo. His knowledge and enthusiasm for snowboarding were evident, and it made the whole experience enjoyable. He truly showed what Burton leadership should be about, demonstrating a deep commitment to the snowboarding community.

After the demo, I was finally able to purchase my own board and it felt like a milestone in my snowboarding journey.

For anyone looking to buy a board and get expert advice, I highly recommend visiting Siggy! Thanks for such a memorable first snowboard-buying experience! (P.S. i fell in love with the step-on's!!)

Such an amazing experience each time I come into this store. I first rented a snowboard to see which new board to buy. Everyone was so supportive and helpful in this process and I was able to walk away with a fantastic set up that fits just right! They went out of their way to make everything just perfect for the week with my new board and bindings/boots. I felt like it was Christmas and they really made it special. Jamie and Tavis are AWESOME!!! These guys know their stuff about snowboarding. They gave me all the time in the world to talk about what was best for my needs and wants. I got to try the new step on system and loved it so much I bought a full set up!!! Highly recommend these guy and this shop for all your snowboard gear in Beaver Creek!!!

My daughter broke the Boa cable system on her snowboard boots, and would have had to buy new boots if they could be fixed.

The entire staff and manager Jackson, were super helpful and Jackson’s determination got the boots fixed!!

I don't recommend anyone to rent equipment from this location.

We came in last year and they offered that if you rented a board you could hold on that amount as credit for one year in case you wish to purchase the board. So we came in this season and they told us that it was for two days only. Which is the first red flag and possibly a scam to force you to try the new and more expensive equipment.

Second, the staff was extremely rude, and careless which caused as a result to give my wife two left boots and with the wrong size! Of course we lost one expensive day (cost of my self and my wife not skiing) by having to go for the trouble of getting the new boots (so cost of day tickets and paying for equipment that day).

We will formally send a claim to the store manager for Burton.

Jamie and his team were amazing. Had just bought my first snowboard and had a bunch of questions about putting bindings on, how to angle them, and anything else to do with snowboard gear. Really helped me gain and understanding to be able to do the process myself next time. Made my beaver creek experience that much better. If you have board questions or just want advice- go to the guys at Burton.

Jamie and his crew at the Burton Store at Beaver Creek are extremely knowledgeable about all things snowboarding; from bindings, to boards, to configuring your gear, to different stances and riding styles, they know it all. I had purchased bindings from a different store (Not a Burton store) as mine broke on top of Vail, and he could tell right away that they were too large for my boots. He recommended a smaller, different binding - Cartel X - and then helped me adjust them to fit. It was a night and day difference and I felt my old confidence return once I tried them out on the slopes. If you want professional, knowledgeable service from a staff that is passionate about boarding, then go see Jamie at the Beaver Creek Burton Store.

One of my buddies had a malfunction with his bindings, so we got sent over to the Burton- Beaver Creek where we met Jamie, the owner of the establishment. Very cool and down to earth guy who helped us immediately and was highly entertaining with a funny and knowledgeable personality. He actually lent my friend a whole new board and bindings to use for the day, since he didn't think his original board was safe to use. Over all great customer service and experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to buy or fix their snowboarding equipment.
