This is one of my favorite places to buy gifts. It is a much smaller store now that the upper levels no longer have furniture like in the past. However, if you are looking for unique and special ornaments for Christmas or one of a kind gifts then this is the right place for you.

I absolutely love this store. I used to take clients here for their unique selections of carpets. Then they expanded to so many different furnishings. It’s super fun to come here. You can always find something nice here.

I received three sets Hawkins New York glasses in three different colors from abc off my wedding registry. Within two months all of the green glasses and two pink cracked, clearly suggesting a manufacturing defect. I reached out to customer support and they wouldn’t do anything for me since it had been more than 30 days since the purchase. And it took them three weeks to come to that conclusion from the time I emailed them to the time they let me know.

I was pretty surprised because I had thought of abc as a more upscale store and would have expected better service because of that. The glasses were $48 for a set of 4 so it really wouldn’t have been a huge expense for them to just replace them for me.
