I like Burton as a brand because of their quality products and their excellent customer service. My wife loves skiing in the snowboarding bib, mid-layer, and jacket that we purchased here at the flagship store under the friendly, no-pressure guidance of the local riders who comprise the staff. Personally, I've enjoyed riding my snowboard on a comfy pair of Genesis Re:Flex bindings for many years, and it has been very easy to get new parts when I've wanted them. The first time, I caught my snowboard under a root on a powder day and ejected upward out of the bindings, cracking the baseplate. I emailed asking for a warranty replacement, and Burton sent me the right parts within a week, kindly apologizing for the baseplate failure, even though it was a totally freak accident that you couldn't have engineered a binding to withstand. More recently, I needed a new binding strap on short notice, and the staff at this flagship store hooked me up with one for free right around closing time so I could make it to the slopes the following morning. Great work all around, Burton team - thanks for your help with everything from garments to gear, and with a smile the whole time!

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time.
I bought a board online for my wife that was the wrong size & ordered bindings that may not show on time.

These guys were super helpful and let me bring the board in and exchange for the right size. Plus offered to mount temp bindings so we can take it out.
Luckily they came in time and they mounted them no charge. Other shops would exchange the board and wanted to sell me on buying all new stuff with them instead. I would’ve gladly paid these guys and they went above and beyond to help us out without any sale to their name. I live an hour away and will come shop with these guys before ever buying online again. Awesome awesome team at this store

Arrogant much? The salesperson in this store could not have been more disinterested in helping me or offering advice/opinions on a product I was considering. I was prepared to spend upwards of $1,000 on a snowboard set up. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. I've been riding upwards of 30 years. Never have I been so dismissed by a sales person. As a side note to the cocky salesperson, the old die-hard riders have the money to spend in your store, show some respect. Overall, it's a very low energy, low vibe store.
