Booked this for my little girl to go. She loved it, plenty of walls of different difficulty to climb and conquer. Kept her entertained for the full hour. Good price and easy to get to aswell. ?

I took my daughter and grandchildren to this great place,reasonably priced and the staff were fantastic,pleasant and really helpful the gave my grandchildren so much confidence ,I would certainly go back and highly recommend it

Booked this for my sons birthday. Paid full price, but on arrival found half the walls to be closed due to covid (absolutely no mention of this on their website, otherwise I would not have booked it) . Messaged the center and after another email from me and a week and half later, the manager emailed back, with a 'sorry to hear this' email. He appeared not to really care about my complaint at all. Defiantly wont be back here.

My grandchildren aged 11 and 14 thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I was not amused that when I booked by phone that we MUST arrive 15minutes early for a safety talk otherwise children would not be able to take part. Parking is dreadful so arrived 30 minutes early. Not amused that we all had to wait for the last 2 people so safety presentation did not start until 2pm. St least we did indeed receive the full 1 hour climbing time.

We really like it here. I struggle a little as I have children if different ages, but my 10 yr old goes here.and I take my 3 yr old to softplay which is in the same room, so perfect for us. It's fun exercise for a child doesn't like exercising, but you can see her gaining strength and confidence every time we go.

I checked out booking info which stated sessions last 90 minutes. We arrived at 16;00 and the bairns had a lovely time. At 16:50 we asked for Leap of faith ticket and were refused because there wasn't time. one distraught grandchild, afternoon spoilt. There were only 5 children in our session and a handfull coming in but no compromise. Disappointed.
