Thanks to Johnathan the salesman, I had the best customer service I have ever had in years at any retail store of any kind. Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure I got the helmet I wanted. It was out of stock so I had it ordered to the store. Needless to stay, Johnathan called me every day for the next 4 business days to keep me up to date on the tracking info on where the helmet was and when it was expected to arrive. No store, ever, has done this for me. I am extremely satisfied with this store and will continue to buy my products from them in the future.

Also, the manager literally opened the store last minute for me because I arrived after they started to close. He recognized me through the door and went out of his way to let me pick up my helmet. Most people would have just told me to come back tomorrow. Amazing service again. Thank you Dainese Miami!

Many thanks to Carlos and Miguel for an epic customer experience!! I cannot recommend this location more highly enough. Its staffed with not only knowledgeable but simply good people! Pay a visit you won't be disappointed. The quality of Dainese and AGV products are bare none the best in the class of all motorcycle equipment.

Wonderful shop right off the turnpike and next to a burgerfi to boot. The guys are great and they have a very large inventory. All that's missing is some lawn furniture and a coffee bar- you wouldn't want to leave!

Awesome to have a legendary store w/in 1hr from home. My father, who lives in a country where this gear is almost unobtainable in rarity & price, knows this brand by reputation.

Alex was very helpful in determining my helmet, glove, & jacket sizes.

The other young man there also helped me determine my boot size.

They also helped me determine the most practical gear for my planned application (road trip from FL to AZ.

Definitely wish this store was closer.

I recently recent visited the Dainese Miami store, I was fortunate to encounter Carlos, the General Manager, who happened to be present. Carlos in an instant, he accurately identified the visor model I needed for my AGV Pista helmet. I am immensely thankful to Carlos and his entire committed team, for promptly guiding me from start to finish.

This experience was truly exceptional, I highly praise Dainese Miami for delivering exceptional service.

The first time I heard of Dainese was at cycle gear in West Palm Beach. I tried on a pair of Dainese riding pants and there was no comparison to the other pants I had tried. I looked for a Dainese store and found the closest one in Miami. Friday night I drove from Singer Island to Dade Land Hilton, a great hotel by the way. Saturday morning I got up and had some Cuban pastries and coffee. Then I rode my bicycle on Old Cutler road. Great ride if you've never been on it, I recommend it, beautiful ride. Made it to Dainese store a little after they opened. When I walked in I was met by Alex a sales associate.
I told him I was there to buy some stuff, he laughed and said he was ready to sell some stuff.
I was there for at least 2 hours trying on jackets, riding pants, gloves and helmets. By the time I was done the dressing room floor was loaded with merchandise . Alex was patient and kept coming up with new ideas of things I could do to make things work for me. I ended up buying an Airframe D1 Tex jacket, Drake air d-dry pants, 4 stroke 2 gloves, freelane Gore-tex boots and a couple of t-shirts. Everything was 20 to 30% off which was a nice savings. I had an great experience with Alex and his co-workers that were running back and forth bringing me merchandise. Great crew of guys that you have in that store. I'll be back to buy more. Dainese Riding products are the best in my opinion. Highly recommend
