Was visiting a friend and stumbled upon this store. I love Golden Goose and I had never been to one of their stores. I found a pair of super-star that had a unique color and had them customized. The staff was great. They even shipped my shoes back to my place over on the West coast. These are my 16th pair of Golden Goose. And yes, I am aware that I have a problem

Can’t recommend this store enough. By far, the nicest (& chill) GG employees I have ever met. So helpful and friendly. I cannot remember their names, but they helped my best friend and I last week (weds 7/12). They didn’t have my size in a shoe but they searched high and low to try and find it (even went to their storage facility!) and my best friend bought her first pair. I wish this crew worked at my home GG store…we can’t wait to shop from them again next August. PS- They offered us Prosecco AND water. Perfect combo for a hot day of shopping- 10/10 recommend.

Darby, the artist at the Domain store, is amazing. She’s very talented and made my daughter very happy transforming her pure stars into a one-of-a-kind piece of art! Great service from all at the domain store but Darby made our purchase extra special.

I stumbled on this store today by chance and had an absolutely great experience! The store manager that helped me was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes and had their in-store artist who is incredibly talented add some designs. Would definitely recommend a visit to this spot!

AWFUL customer service. I walked in to buy a pair of shoes and basically knew what pair I wanted just wanted to try them on. The SA helping me could've cared less and barely helped me. Unsure the SA name but she should've spent more time helping than over-drawing her eyebrows. She had a horrible attitude and I truly lost brain cells talking to her (also had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if they took apple pay?). After waiting to check out for over 45 minutes I left and went and bought the same pair at Nordstrom- which took less than 5 minutes.

Buyer beware!!! Purchased my first and last pair of Golden Goose sneakers. I had only had them a few weeks and wore them 3 times before noticing the stitching coming apart from the tongue of the shoe. Went into the store to see about having it repaired, was told I was out of luck and they didn’t do repairs and I couldn’t be helped any further. I paid a lot for a luxury shoe that it’s company doesn’t stand behind. Craftsmanship definitely isn’t there, take your money elsewhere.

I walked in this store to buy some shoes at 1:00 pm today. There were a couple clerks no one offered to help me so I left. I overheard one of the clerks talking to another customer in a demeaning manner….(as if they were the designer and not a store clerk)
Total turn off. I own businesses and would fire and replay all these clerks…I own a couple pairs of this brand but bought them at Nordstroms where they have good customer service.
