Guac N' Roll has my signature of approval!

Hard to find a truly authentic Mexican restaurant in the Midwest and this one is it! Everything we ordered we were blown away by.

We ordered 3 tacos (asada/carnitas/al pastor) and the meat was flavorful and juicy. Guac was fresh and tasty af and their esquite was also so addicting. They have specials daily and their menu is easy to read through. They have beer which is nice so order the Michelada. I ordered the Topoloco (a Topo Chico mixed with their homemade Michelada mix). It even came with the straw covered in tamarind soooooo good!

This place is legit and I cannot wait to go back to try the rest of the menu!

I went for lunch for my first time! The staff were very nice and answered all of my questions.
Positives:
The restaurant itself is clean and has a modern vibe to it. There's spanish music in the background that's pleasant. The chairs are comfortable and I like the option between a low table, bar, high top, or booth. The location also can't be beat!
I got a chicken burrito bowl and it was delicious! It also came out to me very quickly after I ordered.
You get a large portion for a very good price!

Suggestions for improvement:
1. To have a medium salsa option for those of us who think mild is boring and hot is painful.
2. Move the silverware to a less tucked away spot. It seems like it'll get crowded in the narrow hall back by the soda machine.
3. Salt and pepper shakers on every table.

Food is delicious, beautifully presented, and CONSISTENT. Quesadillas are MASSIVE. Quesa-birrias and consume have quickly jumped to my favorite. Service is always fast and friendly and the atmosphere is bright, colorful, open and incredibly clean. The vibes are great.

LOVED my visit! Heard great things and they delivered. Absolutely delicious! Birria in so many ways! We got to enjoy the eggrolls. So good! Highly recommend. Very nice owners and family, great service, great food. ?

Really yummy food with big portions. The horchata was really creamy. The service was great and very fast. It was nice to eat and look out the big windows. I even have leftovers!

WOW!!! Found this place on a lark. We live over an hour a way, but this place is SO worth the drive. I am already dreaming about our next visit!!!
