Absolute trash craftsmanship. The nose pad and temple tip fell off in under 6 months with no real strain on them. I guess they aren't built for heat? The handsome design could make it forgivable until they then ask for specific and expensive shipping to be covered by the customer for warranty-covered repairs, rather than taking responsibility for their poor quality. Extremely disappointing given the price point.

A must visit in Austin!! Amazing experience staff went above and beyond to make my gift (a gift card) extra special for my valentine including waiting for me after 6pm closed time because I was in traffic. Store is beautifully laid out with plenty of spectacular frames for your eyes. Thank you!!

This store and its employees are awesome. I stopped in while in town for work just to look. Genesis took her time and made some great recommendations. The tech there was able to get my prescription off my current lenses so that I could order a frame that I liked. The process was flawless. I enjoyed the experience so much that I called this store once I got home and Zac helped me purchase another frame that Genesis had recommended. I highly recommend that you stop in if you are in Austin and need some glasses.

I am familiar with the company- I wanted an oddball combination of larger sunglass frame with prescription lenses-big black acetate three dot, with lightly colored indoor lenses that would go dark in the sun. I talked to NY (I 'lived there for 35+ years- they were very helpful and arranged for me to visit the store here in Austin, which just opened). This was good since fitting and trying on are important, as are the little details. Jerrill there spend the time to sort through the variation on the frame to make sure he got exactly the size, lens width, nose bridge, etc. Glasses were ready in a week, fitting was quick and overall, I'm enormously pleased. I'm one of those folks who likes glasses frames, am picky. These folks are top rate- the prices are below the bespoke frame makers today. Even mortals can be groovy. A photo below.
I've found that cheap glasses are ultimately no bargain, especially if you don't wear them. These--see below-- I will wear indoors and out. And make me look smarter. 🙂
