My husband and I found a few things we liked. The only reason I’m rating it a two star is because I witness two employees talk about a customer that just asked if they had a particular shoe. The employee expressed to another employee how dumb the customer was for asking a simple question. I thought it was really rude that the employees were talking bad about the customer especially out in the open where other customers can hear you. Customer service should be handled more professional and understanding.

I shopped at Nike Factory Store - Eagan mid-November 2024. I told the sales lady the exact pair I wanted, but she grabbed me other shoes instead, saying they were even better quality. None of the shoes she recommended fit well. Ultimately, I found the shoes I had originally asked for and bought them, as they fit perfectly. So, while some of the sales people aren't good listeners, I gave Nike Factory Store - Eagan 3/5 stars because their prices are fabulous. I got the shoes for $69.99 (and that was the price without any app/ coupons). The same pair at Dick's Sprting Goods would have been $104, so the drive was worth it.

Went into store was approach by a black female that work there. Rude told me & my daughter we had to leave the store because we had a drink. Wow only me & my daughter get single out by this black worker we had passed 3 workers and said nothing to us to leave because we had drinks. It’s hot outside, blazin hot. She didn’t say anything to white people who had drinks and ice cream. You lost money that day from us. I will be contacting corporate office because how rude and disrespectful she was and single us out and not word to the other customers in the store with drinks and food. Never again. Should get a -0

Nike is the best when it comes to shoes. I think they make best running shoes ever.
They have some good collection of apparel for men and women.
This store is huge and has some nice buying options. They have some great deals and the staff are very friendly.
If you want to buy running shoes then Nike
is the place to go!

A shopping mall that you can get to quickly from any direction. Great brands to choose from at great prices. Its a place you can take your family shopping. Very clean and comfortable to get around. Lots of choices for food when you get hungry after shopping. All and all a great place to visit.
