Very rude and not helpful at all. I’ve shipped multiple packages over three trips and after the third time I knew I was never going in there again. It’s like they don’t care at all about getting any business other than being a drop off for ups and usps. I hope others have had better experiences and mine were just unlucky days.

My dad has sent close to a dozen fed ex overnight letters. This place opened at 8 instead of nine so we decided to go there. He is 84 with parkinsons and likes to get his doughnuts early. They have always cost is in the $30 dollar range but this place said it would be $131. Way to try and take advantage of old people! No damn thanks. Its usps from here on out

“My recent experience with Pack n Ship n More unfortunately turned out to be very frustrating. I trusted them to send important documents via UPS, but from the beginning everything went wrong. There were unexpected delays for more than three weeks, lack of communication, they were unable to explain to me how international protocols work, it was my first time sending this type of shipment and I was not aware of this entire process and they were unable to inform me before sending it how it worked and for me to be able to make the decision of whether to send it or not, and in the end, the documents arrived late, causing serious inconveniences. I had to pay a ridiculous amount of customs taxes when taxes are not paid for personal documents. All of this was due to erroneous information put into the system here, which caused inconveniences with its delivery there. I would not recommend this agency to anyone who needs a reliable service. I hope they improve their attention and processes to prevent other clients from going through the same thing.”

Tube que pagar una cantidad ridícula de impuestos aduanales cuando por documentos personales no se paga impuestos todo esto fue por causa de información errónea puesta en el sistema de acá , que causó inconvenientes su entrega allá No recomendaría esta agencia a nadie que necesite un servicio confiable. Espero que mejoren su atención y procesos para evitar que otros clientes pasen por lo mismo.”

Awesome people and WAY BETTER than the Post Office, because you get personal service, they know your name!
It works just like having an PO Box with more benefits. They scan and email all your arrivals. When we go out if town and get something that we need they will ship it to us!

I have to say this lady went the extra Mile today . She was persistent for almost one hour. Saved me a trip to lake Wales or Okeechobee. Just to get UPS to send a shipping address sticker. She could have said sorry lady can't help you. If you ever need to mail anything they are #1 in service. Thanks again

Shipped a box of art supplies, thought it was on the high side, but the line at the PO was so long they weren't letting anyone else in the door, so this was our option.
The Girl working was great though! Very helpful and nice, fast too! Thanks 🙂

Today was my first visit to this store. I was VERY IMPRESSED. They are super friendly and helpful. They even gave my little fur baby a bacon treat. EXCELLENT SERVICE with a True Caring Attitude towards providing the VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was my first time using them to ship a package and I will definitely return. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you give them a try next time you need to ship a package.

I had a package to return to Amazon and they were just so helpful. Valery walked me through, over the phone, what I had to do to get a label for my package. I've used them many times since and they are always genuinely courteous. They offer a large number of useful services. I highly recommend them.
