The first impression is that it is just another regular parking lot, but when you are well attended to and see that the place is clean, organized and safe, you will see that it is an excellent option. In my opinion, it is the best in Miami in terms of cost-benefit and proximity to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport and impeccable customer service. We were very well attended to by Mr. Luis, who is not only very friendly but also an excellent professional who even washed our car for a small extra fee. Congratulations on the excellent customer service provided.

Great experience. Left my car here for a week. It is a little bit confusing when you arrive but you go to indoor parking and they valet your car to where it should go. The shuttles were on demand and took us directly to and from the airport. We arrived late at night and came back at 5am and they were available to help us readily both times.

Very pleasant experience ! From reservation until the service itself everything is great ! Only recommendation is for after service : Please use Tip App for digital tipping so we can give tip to crew/valets even though we don`t have cash on us.

You can book your space online ahead of time. They have the option to choose inside or outside parking. There is a shuttle to take you to the airport. All parking is valet and the unloading/loading of you and your luggage is inside out of the weather.
The staff has everything moving quickly.
Book far enough in advance to get the best rates.

We have used this outfit for years. Today, upon our return. The bus driver was extremely helpful. My husband is in a wheelchair and there were 4 guys that just hung around while I struggled to get the wheelchair and suitcases in the car. That is no good customer service.

I use Miami park N fly every time I fly out of Miami airport. Decent rates.. always a good experience. My odometer reads the same as when I left, so I know my car was parked and not driven, which is comforting.
I only took off 1 star because they have never given me my AAA discount, even though my member number is in file in my account, and I make my reservations ON THE PHONE.
Whenever I ask why the discount wasn't applied, they can't tell me and never offer any refund for the amount.
I wish they would get that worked out, because when I park there, its for over a week or two.. Still, I am a return customer and plan on using them in the future as well. Otherwise, I would recommend their service.

Our family used this service for the first time for a family trip out of the country for a convention. They were professional, we loved the valet parking service, shuttles were quick both at drop off and pick up, and both times the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Had to extend our trips for two days and it was easy to extend on line. Car was ready at the drop off area when we arrived. I would give them a 10 out of 10 and definitely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Awesome service. It only took us five minutes to check in and five minutes to check out. The bus picked us up within five minutes of arrival. We will definitely be using them again.
