Es war einfach traumhaft. Nein, nicht nur die Gegend und die Lage. Im Besonderen das Haus. Super schön eingerichtet, modern, super großzügig und dennoch gemütlich. Viel Platz, so dass jeder genügend Raum hat zum entspannen. Und zum guten Schluss, ein total zuvorkommender Besitzer mit tollen Tipps, was man alles unternehmen kann. Ich würde jederzeit von Herzen gerne wiederkommen! Danke und Gruß Heiko

You know you have made the right decision when you make you way down the driveway the first time and you see the amazing view of the valley, the vineyards, the hazelnut groves and the beautiful restored villa! Everything about this villa hits the rights notes. Beautifully and tastefully done without ostentation. Set up to help you relax and enjoy. And the studio for the pilates has more than what you need for variety and a great workout. The area is beautiful and non touristy, but welcomes you without hesitation. My hint is to visit a hazelnut farm and realize how much more it is than Nutella. And don't forget to schedule plenty of repeat visits to the pool and relax with some truly spectacular vistas, and a good bottle of wine (which is easy to find less than 5 min away)! Thank you Shell, you have a winner on your hands!

I recently hosted a retreat here for myself and 9 others. I cannot express how absolutely fabulous this villa is! It by FAR exceeded our expectations! Not only was the villa furnished exquisitely, with every comfort and detail addressed, but it is set in the most beautiful part of Italy I have ever seen! More stunning than even Tuscany! Everything was superb, from the quality of the furnishings, to the beautiful, heated, infinity pool, to the state-of-the-art pilates studio. The room had more than enough room for our 10 people, allowing us to enjoy time together in the family style dining room or patio overlooking the vineyards, and yet the fully furnished apartments allowed everyone to have time on their own with every little convenience available. The town of Canelli is charming, friendly and so near that it allowed us the ability to enjoy everything from fine dining, to outdoor markets to winery tours. We even biked there one day it's so close! I hadn't even concluded the week of my retreat before I was online already looking what week I wanted to reserve it again next year! I fell in love with it and so did all my clients! You will too!

This experience was an absolute dream! To set the scene, the villa is set in the most spectacular area of Piemonte, with views of vineyards for miles. Our expert instructors created an incredible experience through guided pilates instruction and various outings to see Canelli and its surrounding areas. Each day was filled with exercise and optional activities, which included biking, wine tastings, cooking class, physical therapy sessions, and more. Every detail of the trip was extremely well planned, which allowed for the most unique memories to be created and enjoyed. I am beyond grateful to have learned so much on this trip, especially in the wellness space. I would recommend this trip to anyone—it is a one-of-a-kind opportunity!!

We stayed at Casale dell´Acero Rosso for a week and loved every minute of it. Where to start with all the things we liked: A great house, created from the remains of an old farmhouse, combining rustic stone walls with modern and functional design and a lot of love for detail. The kitchen and all other areas of the house well equipped with everything we needed. A very clean, modern and spacious pool incl. stylish sun beds and very large umbrellas. A very friendly wine maker as a neighbour with great Barbera, Moscato and Spumante to enjoy. An overall impression of generosity and a world class terrain for biking. Time just flew by.

Our Houston, TX Pilates studio (Jennifer Klein AATB in Houston) hosted a retreat at the Casale dell'Acero Rosso. It was a wonderful trip. The facility is first class by any standards. The owner did an awesome job of creating a retreat for cycling and Pilates. The studio and its equipment were in excellent condition. The kitchen/great room was perfect for "hanging out" and enjoying the companionship of our fellow travelers. I had a great time. Couldn't ask for more.

Out of 5 stars!….. this Villa is an 8! From the chefs kitchen to the private apartments/studios with their own kitchens, to the state of art Pilates Studio, to the grounds and pool, this is an Italian Villa and Village that you want to visit! I love hosting my Pilates + Cycling Retreats at this Villa!

So undersold, absolutely Awesome. The villa is beautiful with top end everything. Everyone gets an apartment vs a room, we had a king suite (mattress was supercomfortable) beautiful view of the Vinyard with a sunset view plus a kitchen /sitting area with a smart tv(never watched as the view and pool were unbelievable) I felt like the best part was you could do so much, farmers market, farm to table restaurants, biking, wine tasting, if your looking for a true get away , you've FOUND it.
