I've ordered here before and the ribbon cake was great. I ordered the strawberry and banana for my birthday today and cut a small slice to try and and immediately was greeted with a crunch. I called to see if they had any other cakes that size and was willing to bring the cake back and show them that it was crispy/overcooked on the edges, but they straight up told me no and it was impossible for it to be overcooked because there were all batched together. So, I spent 90$ on a cake I won't eat and they weren't even willing to let me bring it in and show them that it was overcooked. Really upsetting that the business is run like this. I really like raspberries n creme, but I probably won't return as a customer.

Be careful ordering online using your phone. You will pay 20% more for your oder because they have a tip section with 20% by default. They put your payment info before the tip section and is easy to miss this upcharge. It's Christmas so I'll let it slide. 2 stars for this. I'll update review to 5 starts if they move payment field below tip section and set tip to $0 by default.

The cakes are amazingly delicious.

Every time I have a special occasion , I make sure to get a cake from here! Always baked perfectly and never leaves that heavy feeling on your body. The cake and icing are so light yet flavorful. Highly recommend!

Every year I ask for a Ribbon cake for my birthday cake. I’m never disappointed! It’s always absolutely beautiful and excellent tasting. The cake is very moist and not too rich. Love love love this place!

They made my wedding cake, cake was delicious but nothing like we had discussed when the order was made. In our conversation i explained the candy pearls were important as they were a big part of our wedding theme, I was told it was doable. I wanted a white cake but was advised to add a bit of pink so the pearls wouldn’t be lost in the white, I was hesitant and even said that I was afraid to have a “baby shower cake”. Well, all I can say is that there was nothing I could do on my wedding day but to display this cake.. I was beyond sad and disappointed, texted owner and I didn’t even get a reply. Just look at the sad flowers and bright pink! Photos speak for themselves.. ☹️

We would always get our cakes from here for special events because they were the best. That is not the case anymore. My sister in law ordered a cake for her mother’s birthday 24 hours before hand and they said it would not be an issue. She went to pick it up the day of and it was not ready. They hastily threw together the cake with frozen strawberry filling and what appears to be old cake. We were all looking forward to this and were greeted with a cake falling over, frozen filling and almost inedible cake. Compared to what we are used to we were very disappointed. I do not think we will be using them again. I would think twice before ordering from here.

Their Ribbon cake is amazing! Nothing to compare it too. And it has a beautiful presentation. This is my sister's birthday cake every year. Their food can be tasty and wonderful too...blah and over salted. The food definitely comes out in a very fun and unique presentation. The decorations and atmosphere are very fun and welcoming. I've had amazing waitresses and so-so waitresses here. This is typically a place frequented more by females since it is on the frilly side, but their are the brave males who come with their girlfriend or family. I think they get a kick out of it. So to say the least, it is definitely a place you should check out but there are some items you leave wanting.
