They should always have an employee on site I lost money because one of the machines was broken and took all of my money except the last quarter to start stood at the washer for 30min trying to get it to take the quarter and then called the number provided and it immediately hung up. For a laundromat being 24/7 and still taking coins you’d think they’d have someone to help in case of situations like this.

My mom’s been coming to Roy’s laundromat for a couple of years. It’s always been clean and orderly because the lady that used to work here always has everything cleaned. She worked really hard at her job. She was friendly and considerate. I don’t remember her name but she was tall and had red hair. We can tell she no longer works here because this place is filthy. Trash is all over the floor. Everything is nasty. The machines are nasty. We’re probably going to find somewhere else to go wash our clothes.

Hopefully this reaches the owner. Today I was drying my clothes in the the dryer pictured, I put $1.50 in it and my clothes did not dry. I then tried calling the phone number listed to make a complaint and it is out of service. There is no one on site to help you and no other way to contact anyone. Plus the place is a mess and the trash cans are full.

Machine had a coin jam and no employee on site to help. I looked everywhere but there was no phone number to call either. The number listed on Google is not valid. I also dropped some coins, and they fell between the cracks of the step in front of the washer. Again, no employee to help me retrieve my money. It's very frustrating! The other day, when I was here unloading my washer, the employee (woman) was sweeping a bunch of lint and garbage directly towards me, and it kept flying up into my face. I said whoa a couple times and was ignored. Finally, I left my laundry there and walked to my seat until she finished. You would think she would have some kind of courtesy towards the customers.
Update:
Employee (man) showed up and refunded lost coins.

I drive 25 miles out of my way just to do my laundry here I love that it's 24 hours and I love how clean it is and how every machine works

Always come here to do laundry. Here tonight and place is very clean even though I haven’t seen any of the usual staff. First time a machine took my money and didn’t work though. Dryer #25 is the culprit. Still cheaper than using the dryers at my apt complex.

For having to do my laundry in the middle of the night it was nice. A little creepy feeling tho. And couldn't find any kind of attendant. Being all kinds of things can happen late at night I feel you should at least have a security person. If anything it would help the ladies feel safer. The place was clean and nice machines.
