I had a hydracial with Carol at the Glasgow clinic just to give my skin a bit of a boost and help it recover from months of hard work and stress. Carol was so friendly and reassuring throughout the whole process. She explained to me with detail every step of the treatment, listened to any worries I had and tailored the facial to my specific needs. I left the clinic feeling relaxed, listened to and most importantly with glowing skin. I got exactly what I asked for and still feel after a month that my skin is healthier than before. I will definitely return to Sk:n in the future.

Travelled 5 hours on a ferry, 3 hours in a car to reach Glasgow. Paid 2 nights in a hotel for this appointment to get to the door of the clinic to this photo!

Only got a reminder on Monday 15th July to make sure i was going to the appointment.

In all just getting to glasgow and hotel has cost £500+ never mind the 1K I had to pay upfront for the treatment!

Not an inkling from the company or the girls that worked there! A message or call would have been nice given the distance i was traveling to get to the app.

Absolute shocking and the fact I've been asked to give a review about my appointment that never was just shows the standard of the company and people!

As someone who is currently midway through a course of laser tattoo removal, I am utterly shocked and disappointed to find out that Sk:n have gone into liquidation without any prior notice.

To make matters worse, their website and social media accounts have been taken down, making it impossible to get in touch with anyone for further information or assistance. This lack of communication is utterly unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for their staff and patients, especially considering the trust and money myself and others have invested in Sk:n.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Nurse Emma, who went out of her way to alert me to this situation. Without her, I would still be completely unaware. Her concern and effort to inform patients during this chaotic time are deeply appreciated.
