Melissa was a very helpful, patient sales rep who stood out amongst the others. It is because of her that my wife felt comfortable to complete her purchase.

She even went the extra mile to help correct her Tory Burch profile, after the wrong information was input when the profile was created. She was willing to take action where others would not.

The store has a luxury feel, and the products seems as though they are high quality.

Took my wife for some shoe shopping and the gentleman helping us went above and beyond to find the right shoe and size to her liking.
We ended up buying 2 pairs.

Observing associates lounging on couches instead of taking time to address waiting customers is more frustrating than failing to open your store on time. Answering the door as if your annoyed with the customer for not understanding why you store isn’t open is just ignorance and poor customer service.

Last week, I bought some shoes, the shoe size is small, I tried to change to a larger size, but I still felt that it was not suitable, so I asked for a return. They accepted our return with great enthusiasm. Thank you for their patient service, worthy of the height of the brand！

Not sure why you use unreputable delivery services. Never got my package because they lied about not being able not being able to deliver on a clear day with not a cloud in the sky.

I always have the absolute best customer experience at this location and yesterday was no exception. Marlisha Pressley, the Operations Manager was phenomenal! I had purchased a pair of Miller Patents and I am always a size 8. For. some reason the size 8 was rubbing and super uncomfortable so she happily accepted them back and then suggested I try 8.5 and they were perfect! She was so accommodating & pleasant! Thank you Marlisha! Incredible products and incredible customer service, two major reasons why I love this brand!

I can't express how much I appreciate Krysttnn and Sarah (location manager) providing exemplary customer service! I have been a long-time and loyal customer of Tory Burch and the brand. I had an issue come up with my sandals and even though it had been a little while since my purchase, after speaking with Sarah she made the decision to take care of me as a customer. I am so appreciative that in this day in age customer loyalty is still rewarded. Krysttnn proceeded to assist me with my exchange as well as an additional purchase and was a complete professional. I have shopped at this location for many years and will continue to do so! Thank you!

I went in tonight 5/17 to buy sandals for my daughter. I was asked 4 times in 46 seconds if “I was okay?” I left to pick up a purchase at Tiffany & Co thinking I had something on my face? I came back and was told that “I need to know my shoe size” I’m smaller and my daughter wears 3 sizes bigger. I was then told that I shouldn’t “bother the sales person until I know the correct size” when I went to purchase, I was threatened that “there is as non return policy.” Upon leaving I let them know that I would just order online. I heard the clerk say when I left. That I “was crazy and trying to buy the wrong size shoes.” I left and went to Nordstrom. Easy peasy. The only Tory Burch shop I will ever set foot in again will be in Manhattan where the customer service is amazing.
