This store is horrible!
Guys do not shop at the store and if you do don’t purchase anything on clearance. The associate told me that I had until January 7 to return the purse if I didn’t like it but when I did she said” the sale was final because it was on clearance. So they would only give me a store credit but they would not refund my money on my debit card. And since I no longer want to shop there anymore it’s like throwing $200 away. The associate didn’t try to help me and 2 managers that were there didn’t try.

And being so patient with me as I asked for the price of each cross body. And even being more patient with me as I used all three forms of payments to pay thanks to Brothers lol.

The ladies and gentleman working today were on point. Nice, friendly and with smiles. Answered all my questions and checked me out as quick as possible. No stress atmosphere. As a guy who know nothing about the bag game, staff made the experience pleasant. Will shop here again the next time I mess up with the wife. Birthday gift for the wife in hand, she will like it.

I took my wife to get a bag and some sandals walked out of there with more than i can carry. Good prices and definitely good service the girl that took care of us was amazing cannot remember her name but wow so patient and overcoming objections very knowledgeable and courteous. Also the girl in the register. very nice store.

I just wanted to say that I had exceptional service from Alexis today. She helped me with a bracelet, and when I asked if I might try on a pair of earrings to feel the weight she went to ask. The associate she asked looked over at me, gave a nasty look and said no. Ok, understandable, you don’t want everyone trying on your earrings, but your nonverbals lost your earring sale! Then when I was rung out by another associate I had another unpleasant experience. The associate made no eye contact, didn’t ask how I was or if I found everything ok. Instead she was more concerned with whether someone still had their headset on. She did walk around the cash wrap to give me my purchase but didn’t thank me or say, have a nice day. In fact, I the customer told her thank you and to have a nice night. If your getting paid for something, your job…please just fake an enjoyable customer experience, believe me it can make or break someone’s day. Thank you Alexis for being such a model of what customer service is all about!

Very rude. As I'm purchasing gifts for the holiday season, I was taking a picture of few wallets for my family to choose, and the guy, which I believe is the manager, came and said "You cannot take pictures in here, you will have to remove the pictures from your phone".
He could have just say "sorry, no picture allowed", instead, he chose to be rude.

And when I was paying, I asked for gift receipt for the two items I purchase, and the woman named Gina "we cannot keep giving out gift receipts"
What? I only have two items and she refused to give me gift receipts. She said she can only give me one gift receipt with everything on there. Then what's the point for gift receipts then?
